Minimorie Enterprise Item Rental Agreement

This Item Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is made between the Lessor and the Lessee for the rental of items as specified below. By signing this Agreement, the Lessee agrees to comply with all terms and conditions set forth herein.

1. Parties

Lessor: Minimorie Enterprise SSM: (JM0996081-H)

Lessee: The individual or company renting the item(s) ("Lessee").

2. Rental Item

The item(s) rented under this Agreement are all that listed in this website.

3. Rental Period

The rental period shall commence on the date of signing this Agreement and continue for a duration as agreed, typically from the start date to the end date.

4. Rental Deposit Fees

The rental deposit fees for the item(s) are as follows:

  • Rental Deposit: RM 50

Payment for the rental period must be made in full upon signing this Agreement.

5. Responsibilities of the Lessee

  • The Lessee agrees to return the rented item(s) in the same condition as received, reasonable wear and tear excepted.
  • The Lessee is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the item(s) during the rental period. Any repairs or replacement costs will be deducted from the security deposit or charged to the Lessee.
  • The Lessee agrees to use the item(s) only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.

6. Liability

The Lessor shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from the use of the rental item(s), including any defects in the item(s) or misuse by the Lessee.

7. Termination

This Agreement may be terminated by either party with written notice. If the Lessee terminates the Agreement before the end of the rental period, no refunds will be provided. If the Lessor terminates the Agreement, the Lessee will receive a prorated refund for the unused rental period.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

9. Agreement Acknowledgment

By signing below, the Lessee acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
